Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Emergency support is available on Sundays and holidays. We also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Standard therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes long. Initial consultations may take up to 90 minutes to allow for a comprehensive assessment. We also offer extended sessions for couples and family therapy when needed.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We'll work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.
Yes, confidentiality is a fundamental principle of our practice. Everything you discuss in therapy sessions is kept strictly confidential. There are only a few exceptions, such as if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.

We work with various medical aid providers. Please contact us to confirm if we're registered with your specific medical aid scheme. We can also provide you with the necessary documentation to submit claims to your medical aid.
Yes, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone. We offer sliding scale fees based on income and financial circumstances. Please discuss your situation with us during your initial consultation.
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please call us immediately at +27 67 958 9724. We provide emergency support and crisis intervention. For life-threatening emergencies, please call emergency services (112) or go to your nearest emergency room.
While we don't provide 24/7 support, we do offer emergency crisis intervention during off-hours for existing clients. For immediate crisis support, we can connect you with appropriate emergency resources and crisis hotlines.
