Our famous Chowed Buns are a unique fusion of traditional Indian flavors packed into soft, fluffy buns. Each bun is carefully prepared with our secret recipe that has been perfected over generations.

Biryani Royal

Our Biryani Royal is a masterpiece of flavors, featuring aromatic basmati rice layered with tender meat or vegetables and a blend of 16 different spices. Each grain of rice is infused with the essence of saffron and clarified butter.

Prepared using the traditional "dum" cooking method, where the pot is sealed with dough to trap all the aromas, our Biryani is slow-cooked to ensure that every bite delivers an authentic taste of India.

Butter Chicken Supreme

A classic North Indian dish reimagined at TSD Ultra Lodge. Our Butter Chicken Supreme features tender chicken pieces marinated overnight in yogurt and spices, then cooked in a rich tomato gravy with butter and cream.

The velvety smooth sauce has the perfect balance of tanginess and sweetness, making it an absolute favorite among our guests. Served with freshly baked naan bread, this dish is comfort food at its finest.
